Jane Rowan is a New England writer and artist with a passion for inner growth. As a survivor of incest trauma, she is overjoyed to have found new freedom through intensive therapy and creative work in writing, visual arts, and dance. Part of her recovery process was developing a loving relationship with the young parts of herself that had been lost due to betrayal and violation—her Inner Child. She also found spiritual growth and renewal in her healing.
Jane taught science in a private college for over thirty years. She enjoys spending time in nature, creating abstract paintings, doing Authentic Movement, and living moment to moment.
